Paulette has a proven track record of helping mums during pregnancy and regaining their figure after, and helping people with chronic back pain find mobility and strength. Paulette discovered Pilates five year ago after the technique helped rid her of common post-natal ailments: flabby tummy, achy lower back and mild incontinence. She then completed a rigorous training programme with STOTT PILATES becoming an Advanced Mat work instructor, as well as gaining a CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Ante and Post Natal Fitness. She also holds a certification in First Aid for Sport, Exercise and Fitness.
